RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY
RETURN POLICY
www.laplume.com.pe offers its customers the possibility of making changes and request refunds of their purchases during the following five (5) calendar days (for local products) after the delivery of the order.
Returns and / or exchanges must be requested through our email address contacto@laplume.com.pe indicating the date and purchase document of the products you wish to return, followed by the reason.
In order to exercise the right of return or exchange the costumer must comply with certain general conditions. When a product has specific conditions to exercise the right of return, this will be specified in the characteristics of the product.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Bear in mind that in order to exercise the right of return, the following aspects must be considered:
1. Any exchange or refund can only take place up to five (5) calendar days (for local products) after the delivery of the order.
2. Upon return it is essential to receive the complete item, as it was delivered, that is, with all its elements such as: labels, accessories and packaging in good condition and without signs of use.
3. Keep in mind that both the product and the original documentation (ticket / invoice), are necessary to request a return. Important: If you do not have proof of payment for the purchase made, the claim for this item must be made within 48 hours after receiving the product.
4. In the case of returning products which are part of a promotion, the return of all products involved in the promotion is required.
5. It is also important also the veracity of the information provided in the return request.
6.Any refund of money from transactions made through the PayU system will be made effective within 21 business days, or according to the time required by teh issuing bank of the card.
7. For international returns, conditions may vary depending on the country. The customer must contact electronically with LA PLUME through the following address: contacto@laplume.com.pe
General conditions for the collection of the return:
• As a general rule, the client must approach an authorized branch of LA PLUME, with the guide / format sent by LA PLUME via email to proceed with the return of the product.
• If the product is not received within 5 working days since the return guide was issued, the request will be considered as cancelled.
In case LA PLUME considers it necessary to pick up the product, this will be made directly at the address where the product was delivered. An attempt will be made to pick up the item from the same address. If no one is present at the agreed time of pick-up, the return will be considered as cancelled.
Keep in mind that:
• If the product is not packed in its original packaging, the LA PLUME representative will not proceed with the collection. Neither will the collection take place if the customer does not have proof of payment (invoice or receipt), which must handed over to the person in charge of picking up the item.

• Bear in mind that if the following requirements are not met, the exchange or refund could be invalidated.

It is important to comply with the General Conditions.
If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, you must report it within 2 calendar days after receiving the product, providing photographs of the product received.
• The services to collect products at the request of the customer for reasons beyond the responsibility of LA PLUME, will have an additional cost depending on the place of collection.
You may proceed to a place authorized by www.laplume.com.pe and leave your product in addition to the return guide which will provided to you once you request the return of the product through contacto@laplume.com.pe the return of the product.
Once the product is received, a representative from the Sales Area will contact you to continue with the return process.
You have a problem with some missing piece and / or accessory:
Once your request is received, the Sales Area will contact you within a maximum period of two (2) business days counted after the day of your request, to continue the process and attend your requirement.
GUARANTEE POLICY
In the event that a product purchased through www.laplume.com.pe is damaged, the customer may contact LA PLUME to place the claim. A representative from LA PLUME will direct the customer to the salesperson or supplier responsible for the sale so that he can provide adequate support for the warranty request.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All requests for guarantees must meet the following considerations:
• Product damage must reflect to be a manufacturing defect, failure or irregularity.
• No guarantee will be applied if the product shows signs of misuse by the customer
Upon the application of the guarantee, the representatives of the brand will determine, after evaluation of the product, if the attention for warranty proceeds and they will provide the customer a report as a sign of compliance.
In case the fault or defect of the factory is verified, www.laplume.com.pe must repair, replace the product (subject to the availability of the current stock) or reimburse the cost of the product (does not include freight), depending on the report issued by the supplier or the brand.
In the event of the replacement of the product, a new one will be delivered to the customer free of charge within the following fifteen (15) business days after LA PLUME is notified of the technical report with the acceptance of the guarantee. The replacement of the product will always be subject to its availability.
In case the client decides to request the return of money, this will be done as follows:
From the day after the acceptance of the guarantee by the supplier and its subsequent communication with LA PLUME and the customer, LA PLUME has up to 15 business days to make the refund. If the amount paid is to be returned, the value of the product will be used as a base (this does not include shipping costs).
The time of the verifications or repairs carried out under the warranty period is not computable as part of the warranty period. In case of replacement of the product, the term of the guarantee will be renewed.
If the warranty does not apply, the product will be sent back to the customer with the reason for the rejection in writing.
