Our Delivery Committment

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the success of your purchase. After the purchase has been confirmed under any of our payment methods (bank transfer, or credit/debit card), the purchase will arrive within 72 hours (business days).

LA PLUME considers a delivery attempt. If they do not receive it or are not at home, LA PLUME will contact the User to notify, If the User is absent, the order is cancelled, and the order money will be returned less the shipping cost. In case the User still wants the order, he must generate a new purchase order.

Shipments have a cost that varies according to the Coverage Area:

Zona A:
Lima: La Molina, Santiago de Surco, San Borja, San Isidro, San Luis, Surquillo, Miraflores, Barranco, Lince, Magdalena, Ate, Chorrillos, Jesús María, San Miguel.

Zona B:
Lima: La Victoria, Pueblo Libre, Santa Anita, Villa, Salamanca.

Zona C:
Lima: Cercado de Lima, Breña, Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, San Juan de MIraflores, Comas, San Martín de Porres, San Juan de Lurigancho, Rimac, El Augustino. La punta
Provincia: Huaraz, Lambayeque (Chiclayo), Huaura,

Zona D:
Lima : Puente Piedra, Carabyllo, Los Olivos, Independencia, Ventanilla, Carmen de La Legua, Bellavista, La Perla, Callao.

Zona E:
Provincia: Arequipa, Ancash, La Libertad (Trujillo), Piura,

Zona F:
Provincia: Piura (Chulucanas)

Shipping of Products

The products acquired from www.laplume.com.pe will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the customer and available on the site. The information of the place of delivery is the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipping and delivery terms agreed upon, start when LAPLUME validates the purchase order, as well as the payment process used, considering in this case business days for compliance with that period. LA PLUME will communicate the customer by email the data so that he can track the status of the shipment through Internet.

The customer can request the change of address only before having received the order confirmation mail from LA PLUME. In case the customer has not entered the correct address at the time of making the purchase LA PLUME would necessarily have to create a new order with the requested change in address, considering the new delivery times established by LA PLUME and the costs associated with this change in address.

LA PLUME has capacity for dispatches/deliveries within the metropolitan area of Lima and the Provinces, and also for international locations.
In case the the customer’s address cannot be reached because it is in a street or area of difficult access, LA PLUME will communicate with the customer to agree in a change of address which will facilitate the delivery of the acquired item.
